ProLogis works closely with industrial real estate brokers and agents around the world.

We recognize that brokers and agents are essential to the company's success in both leasing and property acquisitions. Brokers serve as a valuable resource for our customers and often function as third-party advisors for companies making important real estate decisions.

It is corporate policy at ProLogis to respond quickly to all requests for information from brokers and agents in individual markets – and to settle quickly following the successful completion of any transaction.

Regionally, we have established communications and recognition programs to enhance relations with the brokerage community. In North America, we publish a bi-monthly newsletter, the Broker Update, that keeps brokers informed of ProLogis news and featured properties for lease. In Europe, we also have targeted communications for brokers, as well as regional incentive programs. In Asia, we are working closely with the growing broker community and are developing a comprehensive program around this increasingly important constituency.
